Course Description

For over a century, master key systems have been designed using paper, pencils, and pinning charts. It’s time for an upgrade.

This four-hour course introduces Master Key Manager (MKM), a powerful cloud-based platform designed specifically for professional locksmiths. Developed by a locksmith with more than 40 years of industry experience, MKM streamlines every stage of designing, deploying, documenting, and maintaining master key systems.

Students will first learn the core principles of proper master keying before applying those concepts using MKM’s modern digital tools. By the end of the course, participants will understand how cloud-based master key management can improve accuracy, increase efficiency, reduce administrative work, and enhance customer service.
