Description: It’s a 2-day class, 16 CEUs taught by a tier one SafeTech. Ken Will bring several safes to demonstrate opening and repairing. Hands on safe locks on mounts to take apart and clean, setting combos and introduce you to dialing diagnostics and troubleshooting mechanical and electronic locks that are commonly found in the field. Bring your hand tools to take apart and document these locks. I’ll display my collection of drilled locks to show what techniques are used to defeat them. Sometime free handing with a drill motor will get you in more trouble than using a fixed rig, see what cool tools are available to make safe drilling easier and profitable.

About The Instructor: 2nd generation locksmith, from Honolulu, Hawaii. Moving to Houston in 1977, and hired as a shop locksmith at Red’s Safe and Lock (Pasadena Texas) for Johnny Musovich who met his Dad from previous conventions. That started a run of 40+ years in locksmithing and eventually safe and vault work as a Tier One safetech known for high security bank vault openings throughout the Southwest United States. A lifetime SAVTA member, he teaches for his Texas CEU School, and has taught nationally for ALOA, SAVTA, IML, and once again for TLA. An instructor that explains in detail that only come from real world experiences, you will find the “common man” atmosphere in his classes.
