After you understand how to find which key-system you’re coming against, I will show you how different key-systems have different rules for making the keys. Are there codes on the locks? Are the locks sidebar? What is MACS? If you codes, do the locks break-down so that we may decode them? I will show you how to find those answers. I will show you how one-programmer-for-all is a myth and how to build your programming arsenal for success. Coupled hand in hand with programming, I will discuss transponders and universal/adaptable key technologies. Having adaptability in the field can literally save your business. I will conclude class with demonstrations and discussions on simple EEPROM techniques so that you can avoid code-broker chargers on systems like Pacifica or Saab. At the end of this two-day course, you will have learned how to identify your key-system, identify its requirements, you will know how to find codes or routes to key-origination, programming of transponder, adapting universal key-technology to cover the gaps in your inventory and also how to troubleshoot to save yourself from losing money.
