Course Outline

This introductory course provides a hands-on overview of CompX electronic cabinet lock systems, including lock identification, operation, installation, programming, and basic troubleshooting. Participants will learn how to configure user access, replace batteries, perform lock resets, and service common CompX electronic locks used in commercial, institutional, and asset protection applications. This course is ideal for locksmiths who are new to electronic locking systems or looking to expand their knowledge of CompX products.
