Class Objective – The student will learn to:

1. Understand the full capabilities of the HPC Blitz Key Machine beyond basic code cutting.
2. Compare the HPC Blitz to the HPC 1200CM and computerized code machines to determine the best tool for various applications.
3. Master advanced key cutting and decoding techniques for a variety of key types.
4. Properly calibrate and maintain the HPC Blitz for maximum accuracy and performance.
5. Learn efficient setup procedures, card organization, and proper use of gauges, adaptors, and jaws.
6. Utilize micrometer cards and software tools to improve productivity and create custom code cards.
7. Diagnose and resolve common machine issues using proven troubleshooting techniques.
8. Perform routine maintenance and understand when repairs can be completed in-house versus when factory service is recommended.

Course Description

The HPC Blitz has long been one of the most versatile mechanical code machines available to locksmiths—but many users only scratch the surface of what it can do.
